This privacy statement describes Hightravels Group’s privacy practices concerning the data we collect through:

  • Websites we operate, including www.hightravels.ge and other social pages owned or controlled by the Hightravels Group (collectively “our websites”);
  • Software applications provided by us for use on computers and mobile devices (collectively, our Apps). This includes including automated tools and chat functionality;
  • Our social networking pages we operate (collectively the “Social Networking Pages”);
  • E-mails we send you with a link to this Privacy Statement and your online and in-person communications with us;
  • Third parties, such as authorized licensees, owners, and franchisees. It also includes other sources such as public databases, marketing partners, etc.

Booking agreement

These Terms and Conditions shall apply when HighTravels LLC has received the booking request and the client has received written confirmation from Hightravels LLC.

The client confirming the booking must be 18 years of age. They must also agree to provide full, complete, and accurate information as requested by Hightravels LLC to confirm the booking.

Any client confirming a booking on any tours with more than one client named and booked on such booking represents and warrants to Hightravels LLC: a) They have all requisite consents and authority to make such a booking on behalf of all other clients listed on the booking, and have communicated all necessary information to them to provide free and fully informed authorization to do so. b) The information they have provided regarding all clients is complete and accurate, and they have obtained all necessary consents and permissions to share such information with Hightravels LLC to complete the booking.

Hightravels LLC recommends that all clients refer to the Terms and Conditions before their travel. It’s important that they familiarize themselves with the most up-to-date version of the document.

All clients must truthfully provide requested relevant medical information to Hightravels LLC upon booking their tour.

Clients are responsible for assessing their own suitability and capability to participate in a tour with us. All clients should consult their physician regarding their fitness to participate in the booked tour. Hightravels LLC recommends all clients seek their doctor’s advice regarding necessary or advisable vaccinations, medical precautions, or other medical concerns regarding the entirety of the client’s travel with Hightravels LLC. Hightravels LLC does not provide medical advice.

Data we collect

We collect personal data under the law to provide the best possible service during your visit. Personal data is the information used to identify you or linked to you as an identifiable individual. We collect and process the following types of personal data about you:

  • First name, last name, gender, mailing address, phone number, electronic address, financial information (such as credit and debit card numbers or other payment information), language preference, date and place of birth, nationality, passport, visa or other government-issued identification
  • Important dates: birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions, and loyalty program membership data (including co-branded cards and travel partner program links)
  • Employer details (for business-related bookings), travel schedules, tour group or other activity data, previous guest stays or interactions (including interactions through our automated chat features), goods and services purchased, requests for special services and amenities, social media account IDs, profile photo or other publicly available information or data available from your social network or loyalty account

  • In limited cases, we may also collect data about family members and partners, names and ages of children, biometric data, images, and video and audio data.
  • We may also collect information about your preferences to make your current and future visits and experiences with us more enjoyable. It also includes information about your interests and other relevant information we learn about you when you visit us. It may cover any positive or negative feedback about our services you share with us. This information helps us improve our services and issues related to specific food, health restrictions or personal needs to ensure your well-being.
  • We may also collect information about your personal preferences, such as special anniversaries (e.g., birthdays or wedding anniversaries), activities you prefer while staying with us, and your interests. Preferences may also include information about who you travel with, your relationship with them, and your marital status.

If you submit personal data about other persons to us or our service providers (for example, if you make a reservation for another person), we assume that you have gained the appropriate authority and allowed us to use the submitted data based as per this privacy statement.

Privacy Policy regarding marketing data

The client agrees that while receiving the services from Hightravels LLC, images, photos, or videos may be taken by other clients and/or LLC Hightravels representatives or guides that may contain or feature the client in part or whole.

The client acknowledges that they consent to any such images, photos, and videos taken and grants a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to Hightravels LLC, its affiliates, and assigns to reproduce for any purpose whatsoever (including marketing and promotions), in any medium whatsoever, whether currently known or devised, without any further obligation to the client or compensation payable to the client.

If the client does not consent to the use of their materials, they should inform a representative of Hightravels LLC before or after their trip. None of the materials associated with the client will be used or shared in such cases.

Use of the services by minors

The Services are not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal data from children under eighteen years old (18) without parental consent. We request that they do not provide Personal Data through the Services.

How and when we share your data

Property and/or travel providers. We may share your information with hotels, restaurants, health clubs, concierges, and other entities that are our contracting partners to provide and market our services to you.

Service Providers. We disclose personal data and other data to third-party providers, including, for example, companies that provide website hosting, automated chat functions, data analysis, payment processing, order fulfillment, information technology and related infrastructure, customer service, email, mail delivery, marketing, auditing, and other services.

Other uses and definitions

We will use and disclose personal information as we deem necessary or appropriate to:

This privacy policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, data or other practices of entities outside the Hightraves Group, including franchisees, owners, authorized licensees, or any third party operating any site or service related to the payment service, a loyalty program or website that is on the landing page of our properties high-speed Internet providers.

Including a link on our online service does not constitute our endorsement of the linked website or service. We generally have no control over, and are not responsible for, any personal data collected, used, or disclosed about you by any third party.

In addition, we are not responsible for the data collection, use, disclosure, or security policies or practices of other organizations, such as Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, RIM, or any other application developer, application provider, social network platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer, including any personal data you share with other organizations through applications or our social network pages.

Amendments

Hightravels LLC reserves the right to update and/or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and shall post the amended Terms and Conditions on the Hightravels Website. Any such amendment shall take effect 7 (seven) days following their posting to the Website. The latest Terms, as amended, may be accessed at any time on the Hightravels website or will be sent to clients upon their written request to Hightravels LLC. Clients are presumed to have accepted any amendments to these Terms after 7 (seven) days of posting on the Hightravels website.
