Arrival and Transfer to the Hotel: Day 1

The High Travels representative will meet you and greet you at the airport to take care of your rest. The transfer time from Tbilisi Airport to a hotel will take 30 minutes.

Tbilisi City Tour: Day 2    

 10 am - 6 pm

Old Tbilisi

The city tour will include major tourist spots, the old part of the city, and the most famous churches, fortresses, and castles.

The tour will start from the old city area and continue to the Sameba Trinity Church, the biggest Orthodox cathedral in Georgia. Next, you will visit the Metekhi Castle Church to enjoy an amazing old city view. After that, we will drive you to Europe Square and Glass Bridge. From there, you will take a lovely ride on a cable car over the river Mtkvari and the city up to the top station and the Botanical Garden. The next attractions on our list are a monument of the Mother of Georgia, the Narikhala Fortress with a gorgeous view, the Sulfur Baths area, and the Legvtakhevi Waterfall. Finally, you will have a delicious lunch, followed by driving around Freedom Square and Rustaveli Street.

Telavi – Gremi- Tsinandali Museum Tour: Day 3

The Kakheti tour covers almost all highlights of the Kakheti region (Eastern Georgia).

12:00 - First, we will visit the city of Telavi, its Historical Museum, and the Palace Museum of King Erekle II.  

13:30 - Lunchtime

15:30 -  Admire Gremi Castle, a 16th-century architectural monument – the royal citadel and the Church of the Archangels – in Kakheti, Georgia. The complex represents what has survived from the once-flourishing town of Gremi.

15:00 - Visit Tsinandali Museum, the house of a famous writer and military general.

16:30 - Return to a hotel. Enjoy the amazing scenery of the forest on the way back.

Zhinvali- Ananuri-Gudauri Tour: Day 4

10 am - 6 pm

Head to Georgia’s Gudauri Ski Resort, rested in the Caucasian mountains.

At the first stop, see a beautiful lake and dam called Zhinvali and take some pictures. Next, stop at the famous Ananuri Castle and marvel at the 16th-century church. Here you can also take advantage of the open-air market and buy a few souvenirs. Arrive at the Gudauri ski resort, famous for its ski runs and spectacular setting. Take some time for skiing. Drive back to the Tbilisi hotel.    

Kazbegi Village - Mtskheta City Tour: Day 5

The tour encompasses the oldest sites in Georgia.


We will drive you to a famous church Gergeti, located in Kazbegi, 11 km from the Georgia-Russian border. You can hike or rent a car to reach this picturesque place, nestled on the top of the mountain. After Kazbegi, we will return to Mtskheta.
Mtskheta was the first capital of Georgia before Tbilisi. This small and lovely town is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. In addition, it features the church Jvari built in the 6th century AD. When done with sightseeing, we will take you to a hotel in Tbilisi.

Armenia and Azerbaijan Combo Tour: Day 6 

10 am - 6 pm

Borjomi

From Tbilisi, we will go to Uplistsikhe, a site built in the 12th century. It was also the seat of a famous Georgian king Tamara. Our journey will take us to Gori and its main attractions. Our next destination will be the small town of Borjomi situated in a narrow wooded valley. The town attracts tourists due to its beautiful nature and natural mineral water, including the factory "Borjomi."

Visit Borjomi Central Park. Take a sip of natural spring water, coming directly from the underground. Enjoy a nice stroll through the park surrounded by beautiful natural scenes. Children can spend time in the entertainment area. A ride in a cable car promises a panoramic view over the town and the Ferris Wheel. From there, we will go down to visit the Green Monastery. We will finish the day by returning to Tbilisi.

Mtatsminda Park and Transfer to the Armenia border

10:30 - Visit Mtatsminda Amusement Park (ride a cable car) atop the hill in the city center. It offers entertainment for children and adults, including panoramic views over the city.
13:00 - Lunchtime at the funicular restaurant with good food and stunning city views.
15:00 - Continue your journey.
14:00 - We will drive you to the Armenia border for your next trip in new country.
16:30 - Reach the Armenian border, cross it and complete all formalities. Continue your tour with a new local team that will meet you at the border.
21:00 - Reach Yerevan and check in the hotel.

Yerevan City Tour: DAY 8

10 am - 3 pm

  • MOTHER ARMENIA in Victory Park – a statue symbolising peace through strength.
  • GENOCIDE COMPLEX - Armenia’s official memorial dedicated to the victims of the Armenian Genocide, built in 1967 on the Tsitsernakaberd hill.
  • CASCADE - a giant stairway in the capital city that links downtown Kentron area of Yerevan with the Monument neighbourhood.
  • REPUBLIC SQUARE - Square is famous for the dancing water fountains at the north-eastern end along the National Gallery.
    ARMENIAN VERNISSAGE - If you are looking for some shopping during your holiday in Armenia, Vernissage (open only on the weekends) is the place to visit.

Lake Sevan Tour: DAY 9

10 am - 4 pm

During the tour, you will visit:

  • LAKE SEVAN – the largest freshwater lake in Armenia and the Caucasus region.
  • SEVANAVANK - Sitting on a narrow peninsula, the Sevanavank Monastery has two stone churches built in the 9th century AD. * TSAGHKADZOR CITY - a spa town and urban municipal community, as well as one of the popular health resorts in Armenia.
  • TSAGHKADZOR ROPEWAY ( optional ) - the ropeway will take you to the top of the mountains to admire the breathtaking view.

Garni Geghard Tour: DAY 10

  • CHARENTS ARCH – located on the road to Garni, it is a great place to view Mt. Ararat and the valley. 
  • GARNI PAGAN TEMPLE - the most important symbol of pre-Christian Armenia with impressive Hellenistic architecture. 
  • GEGHARD MONASTERY - a unique caved temple whose name means “holy spear” in the honor of the long-preserved spear - the same spear that pierced the body of crucified Christ.
